| 1. Exchange and Return Policy |

Exchanges: - Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. - There is a reshipping fee of $9.95, plus any difference in price on returned items. - Your exchange will be considered a new order, and require additional shipping charges. Returns: - All returns must be received within 30 days of shipment. - All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Product Conditions: - All items must be unworn, in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. - Shoes must be unworn and in the original, unmarked box. - Please ship return/exchange merchandise inside another shipping container or box. Shoe or merchandise boxes as shipping box will not be accepted for return or exchange. Non-returnable Items: - Hand painted "Street Wear" , undergarments, tights, hair and foot care products, clearance/discontinued items, DVD's, videos, books, and CD's will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom Apparel: - Once production has begun on custom apparel orders cannot be returned or exchanged. - Any defects or discrepancies on the garment from the original order should be brought to our attention before the garment is worn/used. Shipping Instructions: - All returns and exchanges must be shipped to Dancewear Designs and More, LTD, 3713 West County Road 42, Burnsville, MN 55306. - We advise our customers to insure their packages against loss or theft. - Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. - Please include a copy of your invoice, orginals will not be returned. Returns/Exchanges recieved without an invoice will not be processed. |

The prices on our website are up to 30% below suggested retail prices. In the event of price changes by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Prices listed are subject to change without notice. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, cash, or C.O.D. as a form of payment. |
| 5. Shipping |

- We use UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail/USPS for shipping. - We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. - For instructions on exchange/returns please see our exchange/return policy page. |
| 6. Back Orders |
|
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will ship "in stock" products and the balance of your order will follow as soon as possible. Please let us know if you prefer your order shipped complete. |
